Week 26: Halfway Through, Still Showing Up
If there’s one thing people have consistently pointed out about me since childhood, it’s my lack of consistency. I’ve never really stuck to things for long. Instead of forcing consistency, I usually just follow the flow. When I get into something, I dive in fully—until the spark fades. And once it does, I move on. I don’t know what to call it exactly, but that’s how I’ve always been.
But this year, I decided to challenge that part of me—at least in a few areas. One of them was writing these weekly journals. Honestly, I was hesitant at first. I thought, “Here we go again, I’ll probably drop this after a few weeks.” But here I am—halfway through 2025—and still writing, week after week.
Even if I’m not perfectly consistent, I’m definitely making progress. Looking back at all the weeklies I’ve written so far, I can see how far I’ve come. The first half of 2025 has been kind to me, and I genuinely appreciate that.
But hey—only half the year is done. There’s still more to hustle, more to write, and more memories to make. Hopefully, I’ll keep this going and make 2025 a year to remember.
