Week 12: New Team, More Drama

There’s been a major org alignment at work this week, and for the first time since I joined Ellucian, I’m now reporting to a completely new leadership. Just when I was prepping for a new role in my previous team, bam—life decided to say, “Plot twist!”

I’m back to my old development role but with a lot more responsibility. Only this time, it’s not just coding. I’m suddenly in the middle of everything—technical analysis, solution architecture, identifying gaps and being the human Stack Overflow for my teammates. It’s a mix of "Wow, this is exciting" and "Wait, am I qualified for this?" moments every other day.

When life pushes you into something new, you either figure it out or get stuck. I’ve decided to figure it out—let’s see where it goes.
